Overview:

We're looking for a BMW Assistant Brand Specialist at our new state of the art BMW Dealership. The right fit will be skilled in communication, tech savvy, and a team player.


Our new location is right on 84 on the Cheshire/ Waterbury line. Your leader, Jason Herndon recently relocated to CT from Boston and he is passionate about working hard and putting the customer first.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Brand Specialists in any day to day activities necessary, while observing and gaining a level of understanding.
  • Assist Brand Specialists with showroom task such as point of sale materials, brochures, and vehicle charging.
  • Learn and understand the terminology of the automobile industry and keep abreast of technological changes in product. Be familiar with competitive products, including prices, equipment, models and trading practices.
  • Complete dealer trades with other Audi dealerships or inventory transfers with another Hoffman store.
  • Assist Sales Management in identifying and describing technology and vehicle features of used vehicles for prospective online customers. Accurate and engaging descriptions are required for all used retail vehicles in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that every new and used vehicle has properly displayed and accurate window stickers highlighting the vehicles features and warranty options, both on the lot and online.
  • Assist General Manager in administrative tasks and miscellaneous functions as directed, such as CRM reports and tasks.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a sales orientated environment preferred.
  • Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset.
  • Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement.
  • Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
  • Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
