This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:30am - 4:00pm EST). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 1001 Adams Ave, Norristown, PA 19403.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to gather support data to ensure invoice accuracy and also work through specific billing discrepancies
• Provide input to policies, systems, methods and procedures for the effective management and control of the premium billing function
• Making and receiving calls from clients regarding missing information
• Working with high volume of data and spreadsheets
• Multitasking and working within multiple applications and systems at once

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent years of working experience
• Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applications
• Able to work a 40-hour schedule within the operating hours of the site
• Ability to work from 7:30am - 4:00pm EST, Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools
• Previous experience in billing or collections

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Reside within Norristown, PA
• Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
• Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
• Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service

Soft Skills:

• Ability to multi-task and to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a remote setting
