Inbound Customer Service – Pre-Approved Credit Card Acquisition

ARCsmart is pleased to announce we are hiring for a NEW client!!! We are so excited to search for members to build this team! Our newest client is a Credit Card company focused on helping individuals who are looking to rebuild their credit. What an awesome opportunity to help people where most other companies won’t! When joining ARCsmart’s Credit Card team, we will begin our journey as a Ground Level Application Specialist and journey into Customer Service.

Job Duties Include:

  • Managing high call volume with consistent back to back calls. (Pre-approved customers will be calling in from Direct Mail pieces as well as General Customer Service Calls).
  • Filling out the application on behalf of the customer (Data Entry).
  • Reading terms and conditions verbatim.
  • Effectively Communicating Product Features as well as communicating important processes/procedures.
  • Assisting with questions on customer's accounts and researching any concerns to full resolution.
  • Utilizing empathy skills to deliver outstanding customer service and be their HERO!

With this new client, there will be many opportunities to grow into positions such as Trainer, Supervisor, Traffic and more! This team also has an opportunity to grow this client into other applications such Collections and more!

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Speak fluently in Spanish.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills, including conversing with customers while entering accurate data in the customer’s application.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills, good judgement, patience, understanding, and the ability to de-escalate customers while resolving their issue.
  • Must be able to articulate Product Knowledge clearly and concise to all customers, including those who are elderly, hard of hearing or lack Credit Card knowledge.
  • 100% Attendance is required, and schedule flexibility is required. Reliability is an absolute must – when our customers call, our team has to be available and ready!

Pay Structure
Application Data Entry

  • Training: $12.00 per/hr
  • Production: $12.50 per/hr
  • Spanish Tasks Incentive
  • Additional Bonuses Available

Customer Service

  • Training: $12.50 per/hr
  • Production: $13.00 per/hr
  • Spanish Tasks Incentive
  • Additional Bonuses Available

Hours

  • 100% Attendance and schedule flexibility is required
  • Hours of Operation is Monday thru Friday – 11am to 8pm.
  • Availability is based on business needs and performance.
  • Shift times change by one hour twice a year with Day Light Savings Time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.15 - $15.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Employee safety is our top priority. All agents are socially distanced every other cubicle during training and production. Disinfectant products are available to everyone throughout the facility in additional to regular cleanings.
