About the role:Join TQL’s newest department as the Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator for our Mexico division. You will be instrumental in teaming-up with department leadership to help provide unparalleled customer service to our customers that are moving freight to and from Mexico. We are looking for someone who is obsessed with customer-service, has unbelievable attention to detail and is excited about helping grow a new team.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Provide support to our Sales Representatives moving Mexico freight
  • Input and process appropriate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems
  • Facilitate customs documents between customers, customs brokers and carriers to ensure cross-border shipments deliver on-time
  • Help resolve issues with a high level of professionalism
  • Communicating via WhatsApp with TQL carriers to provide location updates and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries

What you need:
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • A passion for customer service
  • Strong work ethic and high sense of urgency
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see tasks through completion
