Behavior Technician

Trumpet Behavioral Health is hiring for a Behavior Technician servicing the Dublin service area.

GUARANTEED HOURS ($20/hour - $25/hour)

** $500 Bonus after 5 Months! **

• Guaranteed PT/FT hours
• Guaranteed pay raise every 6 months
• Paid training and RBT certification with an ongoing new hire support and mentorship program
• Continuous professional development training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), tuition reimbursement and college partnerships
• Patient cancellations, breaks, drive time and mileage in some areas are all paid as you travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• You will support a broad range of client’s needs, from early learners to young adults at the center and/or in home services increasing your learning opportunities

What Makes You Epic:

• Dependable, open minded, considerate, energetic and confident
• Available full time Monday - Friday between the hours of 8AM - 6PM or you are available part time Monday - Friday between the hours of 3PM - 7PM.
• You have experience working with children in any capacity and have a natural passion to serve others
• You have at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass our physical requirements and lift up to 25 lbs. routinely
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
• You have reliable transportation to commute to dual environments (home or local center if applicable) within the Dublin service area.

Your Epic Career:

• Work 1:1 with individuals diagnosed with ASD
• Help patients and families reach individualized goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collaborate with a care team to ensure client progress and therapist support
• Launch your career path within the ABA field
