This is a flexible part-time and full-time position.

Applied Behavior Autism Center is seeking a Program Supervisor in Winchester, CA.

Job Description

· Under the supervision of the clinical supervisor, provide supervision of ABA services in a 1:1 and group settings utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.

· Craft and implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

· Provide oversight of direct staff collecting data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

· Maintain client binder in the home by updating program data sheets within the required timeframe.

· Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.

· Write progress reports detailing client achievement.

· Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.

· Utilize safe and appropriate behavior modification strategies when working with clients.

· Maintain client confidentiality based on HIPAA guidelines.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment

· Maintain and acquire ABA knowledge and skills by attending assigned staff training or meetings.

· Attaining and achieving position competencies about role responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience supervising Direct ABA in the home, school, and/or community setting (minimum 6 months experience)
  • Bachelor's Degree or master’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, Communicative Disorders, ABA or related field
  • Reliable transportation- you will be driving to client’s homes
  • Pass a criminal background check and provide TB Test

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $32.00 per hour
