Overview:
WEAP is now hiring BCBAs! Wisconsin’s most widely respected ABA provider, Wisconsin Early Autism Project, is looking for newly certified and experienced BCBAs to join our growing team in Eau Claire, WI and surrounding areas.
The Behavioral Analyst is responsible for the development, monitoring, and evaluation of early intervention programs for young children on the autism spectrum and the ongoing development of WEAP’s clinical growth.

WEAP provides both in-home and Learning Center based behavioral treatment options. Our Learning Centers range between 7,500 – 12,000 sqft to ensure the provision of structured 1:1 teaching, group and natural environment teaching areas, cafeteria, gym and a spacious outside playing area.

WEAP is part of the LEARN Behavioral family of providers which currently employs nearly 350 BCBAs with a network of providers across the country. Essential Functions

  • Providing behavioral treatment through:
  • Conducting Behavior Identification Assessments (BIAs)
  • Conduct Assessments (VB-MAPP)
  • Writing Initial Treatment Plans
  • Conducting bi-monthly Treatment Plan Reviews (Progress Reviews)
  • Providing Family Treatment Guidance visits
  • Participating on coordination of care opportunities per client, as needed
  • Providing ongoing guidance and supervision related to the program
  • Manage a case load of clients
  • Train and supervise BT Technicians in the delivery of one on one, therapy with target children, ensuring adherence to the established program; evaluate BT Technician performance, offer coaching and instruction.

  • Contributing to the development of WEAP’s clinical growth through:
  • Providing mentorship and supervision to BT Technicians and Supervisors
  • Providing supervision of colleagues pursuing BACB certification
  • Developing, conducting and / or overseeing training initiatives
  • Participating in outreach opportunities with outside professionals or agencies
Qualifications:

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology or related field.
  • Completion of BACB required supervision training module.
  • Licensed as a Behavior Analyst in the state of Wisconsin.
  • 4000 hours of experience supervising ABA cases.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of various information/data pertaining to assigned cases, other cases, clinical and employment information required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with target child, family members and team members both verbally and in writing required.
  • Experience in staff leadership and clinical supervision.
  • Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required
