Dillard’s is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and talented Beauty Experts to join our team.

Summary:

This position is responsible for promoting the girlfriend experience and building a client based business. —-

-Provide exceptional client service and selling skills.

-Know and achieve their personal Average Dollar Sale, Items Per Transaction and Sales Productivity Goals as well as understand how your individual performance drives the overall performance of the entire Beauty Department.

-Demonstrate a thorough understanding of features and benefits of our product offering.

-Foster a collaborative and cooperative work environment, ensuring a positive internal and external client experience.

Job Qualifications

- Excellent client service, communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to multi-task and build relationships.

- Flexibility and the ability to handle change in a positive manner.

- Previous retail sales experience preferred.

- Cosmetic experience and clientele experience a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to support business growth and exhibit professional behavior.

- Must have open flexibility to work during peak traffic times including evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Able to stand on your feet for 8-10 hours.

Experience:

• Cosmetic Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Beauty Consulting: 1 year (Preferred)
