Eclectic Culinary Concepts is a locally-owned restaurant group with a variety of restaurants in our portfolio. While our dining concepts span a wide-range of cuisine, our foundation is rooted in delicious chef-crafted menus, great service and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. We are looking to add some new members to our team! We are currently accepting applications for bartenders to bring their talents to The Clover in Rosemount, MN. We're seeking applicants with great communication skills, a positive attitude and a commitment to exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be available to work nights, weekends and some holidays as needed.

Bartenders balance great hospitality with managing beverage orders for bar guests & the restaurant at large. Excellent customer service is a cornerstone of our business, and you are an important link between our operation and guests who dine with us. You are the creator and curator of memorable and enjoyable guest visits, utilizing interpersonal skills, time management and multitasking.

  • Greet guests promptly upon arrival in a genuine manner and appropriately tend to your guest to define their experience expectations.
  • Learn the menu comprehensively, so you can convey information to guests in an understandable and approachable manner.
  • Accurately take drink and food orders and properly enter them into our POS system.
  • Check in with your guests at appropriate points of service and perform proper table maintenance at all times.
  • Execute drink orders for bar patrons and restaurant guests efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintaining cleanliness of your section and helping others as needed.
  • Stock the bar with products and maintain cleanliness before, during & after your shift.
  • Assess and monitor guest behavior, using good judgment when a patron should not be served alcohol.
  • Take responsibility for bar prep work, maintenance of inventory & drink batching when needed.
  • Use positive communication skills at every opportunity.
  • Keep management informed of potential or immediate problems.
  • Be a dependable employee to management and your coworkers.
  • Present bills and collect payments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Clean, stock and maintain workstation throughout shift and complete your assigned side work.
  • Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift bus tubs and trays frequently weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees.
