Barista

The Pink Bean Coffee in Somerset, MA is looking for candidates to join our team of rockstars! We are located at 202 Slades Ferry Avenue. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, engaged, responsible, respectful of others and just simply a kind human.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold drinks in accordance with customer needs
• Maintain a clean and tidy work area
• Prepare smoothies and smoothie bowls
• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Full time availability and 1 weekend day required

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a barista or restaurant experience necessary
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Ability to work quickly and multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
