Bakery associate responsibilities include: preparing scratch bakery, pastry decorating, baking, packaging, donut frying, rotating products, and cleaning facilities. Other responsibilities include friendly and excellent customer service, team communication, merchandising, and the ability to lift (50+ lbs) on occasion.
