Competitive Pay, Pay starting at $15/hr, Guaranteed ¢10 raise every other month for tenure, with two performance reviews annually (March/September) that could see up to an additional ¢60/hr raise at each review for exceptional performance, 401k with profit sharing for qualified employees (1 year tenure, 21yrs of age), Paid time off earned for every employee after 1 year tenure.
