Job Description
Role The Security Architect to perform a variety of 3rd level engineering activities including deployment and Security Strategy to enable comprehensive delivery of AWS and Azure Security environment This includes applying analytical reasoning specialized technical expertise to provide cloud security strategy investigation isolate and rectify security incidents identify root cause and undertake escalation management and reporting activities Required to guide and mentor Security team members in cloud security Job Description Manage own and coordinate the technical Security solutions across Security Cloud AWS and Azure platform and architecture This will include liaising with the customer third party suppliers vendors and partners to ensure effective results with minimal disruption to the customers day today business operations and the provision of a seamless coordinated delivery of services Proactively identify develop and document processes and procedures in accordance with Cognizant’s policies and service guidelines Understand and manage the requirements of being part of a 24x7 operation as required by the business including but not limited to shift handover operational advice guidance support and escalation Facilitate effective and appropriate communication to all stake holders to meet SLAs and expectations Participate in Service Improvement Plans Proactively invest time in self education and provided training to ensure a comprehensive and current understanding of our tools processes and the people that support our customers and business WFHUNTIL CURRENT SITUATION
