The Microsoft Federal organization was established to address the unique mission, legal/regulatory requirements, and procurement rules and processes of the United States Government (USG). Responsibilities
As an Azure consultant, you will help design, build, and deliver technical solutions to customers, allowing them to maximize their investment in Azure and other Microsoft technologies. You will support, collaborate, and occasionally lead others to drive customer success. As you support our customers, you will have access to the Microsoft Product Group and a global network of subject matter experts. You can work and grow in a continuous learning environment that is Microsoft, a global leader in a ""Mobile First, Cloud First"" world.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure Identity
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory, M365 and Synchronization of entities between On-Premise and Cloud Directories.
  • Experience with ADFS and other Federation technologies.
  • At least 3+ years of experience with designing, documenting, and implementing Active Directory for customer environments, including consolidation and migrations.
  • Experience planning and implementing an Organizational Unit (OU) structure, as well as corresponding Group Policy configuration.
  • Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills.

Travel

If you live in the immediate DC metro area, this position will be remote.

If you live in the mid-Atlantic area, you will need to be willing and able to do overnight travel that could be as high as 25%. The rest of the time you would work remote.


US Citizenship

The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.

Citizenship Verification

This position requires verification of US Citizenship to meet federal government security requirements.


Cloud Screening

Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening.

Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.


Clearance

The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.

Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.

Clearance Verification

This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements. You will be asked to provide clearance verification information prior to an offer of employment.
