Job Description
Primary Job Responsibilities:
This is technical hands-on lead position to manage the Identity Governance and Assurance (IGA) service in IAM tower of Global Information Security organization.
Understand, strategize, and lead initiatives around Identity provisioning, Governance, assurance/certifications.
Execute the IGA deliverables for enterprise need across Chubb business units globally.
Establish frameworks and runbooks for ops team to support standard onboarding, platform maintenance, issue resolution, monitoring, and tuning.
Manage relationships with stakeholders such as Application teams, Audit, Risk, Infrastructure and various vendors.
Participate in product evaluation and selection with strategy and architecture representatives.
Develop and implement operational metrics and monitoring to measure platform and service effectiveness.
Act as a subject matter expert in IAM-IGA tower Chubb IT Security and provide consultative support to team members, business partners, and other corporate groups globally.
Partner closely with Security architects and adhere to Chubb Security strategy.
Provide timely and accurate reporting of project progress, status and risks to management.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
In depth working knowledge (Functional and Technical) in IGA.
Experience in IGA products such as Oracle Access Manager, Sailpoint, Saviynt etc.
Designed and implemented end to end automation of JML process.
Designed and implemented automation of applications access onboarding.
Strong working knowledge in Active Directory.
Strong functional knowledge in PAM and Authentication functions.
Strong knowledge of entitlements functionality and implementation
Familiarity with Industry standards including SCIM
Strong Applications development background.
Recommended Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of core IAM – IGA Experience in large enterprise implementations using Oracle Access Manager.
10+ Years of Enterprise Solutions delivery experience including Software development
Good working knowledge of Cloud technologies, Azure.
Experience in design and architecture of scalable and high-availability IGA solutions
Experience in full automation of JML process.
Broad knowledge and passion for Identity Management.
Track record of a strong development background leading into IGA functional area.
