Role Summary/Purpose:

We are looking for a driven and creative marketer to help us grow the CareCredit patient finance program in Veterinary industry. This role will manage multichannel B2B marketing campaigns to drive provider acquisition and industry and provider engagement with the CareCredit program using channels such as digital, social, events, in-office merchandising, and direct mail. The role will collaborate with thought leaders, industry publishers, and key media outlets to educate and drive awareness.

This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage provider lead generation campaigns

  • Manage and execute B2B and B2B2C multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive provider engagement with the CareCredit program utilizing email, direct mail, social, and digital channels

  • Manage marketing programs with Veterinary industry partners including trade groups, industry media platforms and publishers, and manufacturers

  • Develop Veterinary industry-specific content in collaboration with industry thought leaders to distribute through multiple channels and build awareness and engagement in Veterinary industry (articles, webinars, videos, case studies, and white papers)

  • Work with internal trade show team on promotions and education for trade events and sponsorships

  • Innovate and execute offers, pricing and promotions with sales & finance

  • Partner with analytics teams to measure impact, leverage data to drive future campaigns and pivot programs and campaigns based on learnings

  • Presentation development and delivery

  • Manage budget including forecasting and tracking

  • Manage industry B2B paid advertising (print and digital)

  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree OR in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma and 5+ years of marketing experience in the healthcare, credit card or financial services industries

  • 2+ years of marketing experience to include:

    • 2+ years of experience with marketing campaign development and management and partnering with creative agencies

    • Prior B2B and B2B2C marketing experience

Desired Characteristics:

  • Familiarity with Veterinary Industry

  • Business to business marketing experience

  • Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns,
    including email, social media marketing

  • Creative and quantitative thinker

  • Experience interpreting and leveraging data to determine the success of a marketing campaign

  • Experience managing creative agencies, research or analytic partners

  • Able to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and programs

  • Curious, flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, complex, environment and manage multiple projects

  • Collaborative team player with ability to influence across all levels of organization

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

Eligibility Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older

  • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

  • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

  • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

  • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).

The salary range for this position is 65,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual

Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
