Job Description

Patriot Nissan in Salem, NH has two openings right now for a part-time receptionist.

The focus of the job is to answer the incoming calls with a big smile that can be heard on the other end of the line. The tone is an enthusiastic "thank you for calling", and with a simple prepared line, direct the calls to the appropriate departments and staff.

We have one opening that will cover Monday thru Friday, 3pm -6pm, and a second opening that is just for the weekends with Sat 8a-6p/ Sunday 11a-5p.

We are seeking a reliable and dependable individual who has experience handling multiple incoming calls, with energy and a positive personality. You would be attentive to the length of time someone is holding, and if necessary take an accurate message so the person can be called back.

$15 per hour. You will receive Employee Discounts on Vehicles, Service, and Parts, and based on performance, opportunities for advancement within the company.

18+, and whether you are a responsible student, retired, or just seeking a light schedule to earn a bit extra, we'd welcome your interest.

In addition you would interact and direct customers who come through the door interested in sales, service, or parts. You would be trained on the necessary steps and procedure. It would extend to doing some cashiering and filing of documents. Again, having the right personality, one who enjoys working and conversing with customers and fellow associates in a friendly and appreciative manner is essential.

If you have bi-lingual skills, English/Spanish, this would be a great asset. Please let us know if you are capable in this regard.
