Stanley Ford CDJR of Brownfield is Seeking an Experienced Automotive Service Director

  • $80K+ Annual Compensation Potential
  • Employer paid medical benefit on the 1st of the month following hire date
  • 401k participation eligibility after 6 months

Ideal Candidates will:

  • Have at least 3 years of Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager Experience
  • Ford and CDJR Experience a Plus
  • Strong Leadership Skills
  • A verifiable track record of Growing the Business and High Customer Satisfaction
  • Pass Background, Drug Screen, and have a valid Driver's License
  • Have the ability to attain and maintain Manufacturer Certifications within 120 days of hire
  • Have proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dealership Computer Systems

Able to:

  • Sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Bend, stoop, lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed to support dealership operations.
