Compensation: $15.50 to $20.00 per hour including base rate and sales commissions.

Who is Blue Link Wireless?

We are a new Authorized agent for AT&T, and we are jumping into the wireless scene with 83 amazing locations across 9 states, and we’re just getting started! Our plan for growth includes adding several hundred additional Blue Link Wireless retail locations over the next three years.

What your day to day looks like

These are the general job duties typically associated with this position, and actual job duties may include additional duties depending upon location and services offered.

• Possess a competitive spirit and desire to meet and exceed sales goals
• Stay current with the latest data/entertainment technology and devices, such as Wi-Fi,
• data devices, TV entertainment tools
• Understand customers' needs and help them discover how our products meet those
• needs
• Multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
• Interact with customers and provide prompt and courteous customer service to all
• customers
• Attain monthly goals and objectives
• Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate.
• Complete all aspects of opening and closing the store in accordance with written
• procedures
• Submit all transaction journals on a daily basis
• Assist with inventory maintenance

What are we looking for?

• 1-3 years wireless retail and or retail customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales Advocates are paid a competitive hourly rate and can earn additional monthly commission dollars by meeting and/or exceeding sales objectives!
• Desire to exceed customer expectations and a love of wireless technology
• Desire to grow professionally within the Blue Link Wireless company
