Job Highlights

: As an Associate Recruiter & Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for helping us find and contact future clinical talent as well as providing key recruitment support to our Dallas leadership team
Sourcing Specialist:
  • Using our CRM database, initiate email campaigns to establish contact with potential clinical candidate prospects
  • Organize prospect candidate data into useable talent pools that mirror the national and regional recruitment needs for clinicians
  • Working with our recruitment program managers, follow-up with candidate attendees of our in-person and virtual recruitment events
  • Effectively communicate key milestones to clinical candidate prospects to ensure a warm handoff to the clinical recruitment team.
  • Maintain a candidate sourcing calendar, which forms part of the master recruitment marketing calendar, in collaboration with other teammates
  • Enrich candidate files in the CRM, which could include adding/updating contact information, education information, level of interest, and geographic preference

Recruitment support:
  • Assist the Vice President of Talent Acquisition in the coordination of project calendars and schedule
  • Assist the Vice President of Talent Acquisition in periodic reporting needs and regular audits of hiring data and recruiter productivity
  • Act as committee secretary for our clinical recruitment committees
  • Perform recruitment coordinator / onboarding duties as needed during periods of high volume or teammate absence
  • Assure confidentiality of all employee information, using discretion when working with documents of a sensitive nature.

Qualifications

:
  • 2-4 Years in recruitment, sales, human resources, or business operations is required
  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred
  • Some experience in analyzing data and generating/managing reports is preferred
  • Proficiency working in HRIS / ATS systems, sales tracking systems, or similar type systems is preferred
  • Solid attention to detail is a must.
  • Comfortable on the phone with prospect candidates
Ability to communicate effectively to key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
