Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time (3 days/week) Associate Marketing Manager who has a few years of experience in a Marketing role and is looking for a company where you can take the next step in your career. You are organized, resourceful, can make things happen and deliver results.

In this role, you will work with the Executive Team to deliver the agreed marketing plans. You will coordinate a small and efficient team of internal marketing staff and external contractors to get the job done. You will also act as the overall custodian of our brand.

With clients in 165 countries and offices on 3 continents, we’re looking for someone to help us execute our exciting marketing plans for 2021 and beyond. Most of our sales come from website marketing, so you must have a history of performance in that field.

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Project manage the resources to deliver on the marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensure that all marketing output meets our standards for quality and is delivered within agreed schedule
  • Ensure all marketing is aligned with the brand strategy, including style guides, brand guidelines, value proposition
  • Identify the resource requirements of the project and assign individual responsibilities
  • Manage the process of all internal and external marketing publications

Skills and Experience Required:

  • A knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing, and in particular, copywriting, branding, psychology, and persuasion
  • Experience in project management in B2B and/or technology industry
  • Experience with marketing analytics e.g. Google Analytics or similar
  • Experience with SEO, marketing automation, split testing
  • Exceptional written and verbal English skills
  • High level of passion and enthusiasm for the job
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality control
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines

Advantageous Skills:

  • Knowledge CRM platforms and marketing automation will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of or experience in the technology industry, SaaS, DRaaS, or cyber-security will be highly regarded, but is not essential

Although our office is located in New Albany, IN, this role is available for remote work for the right candidate – but ideally you live within a 1-2 hr commute.

We offer flexible working hours, but this flexibility must work both ways. As we have offices across several global time zones, the role will require flexibility in your availability.
