The Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for full life cycle recruiting for all functions. Working with all hiring managers you will supply the excellent partnership to find only the best talent for Acronym. You will continue to network and build a pipeline of talent as well as fill the staffing needs as they come to you. You will approach each project and role with diligence and strategic thought.
This is the job….
- Partner with hiring managers and department leaders on their staffing needs to understand requirements, qualifications and culture to identify top talent that will meet their expectations.
- Source, screen and interview qualified candidates for consideration for open positions.
- Develop a recruitment strategy to source resumes, find passive candidates and target specific industries and companies to find qualified talent.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of key talent available for immediate needs as well as future talent for succession planning.
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with an assessment of their strengths and potential development areas. Provide guidance on candidates being considered.
- Make recommendations to the hiring manager and the department on compensation packages for potential new hires.
- Evaluate recruitment methods for effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain an awareness of industry and economic news and activity that may impact hiring trends and sourcing talent.
- Manages all recruiting activities through Greenhouse with current, accurate information for data reporting. Maintain applicant tracking system. This includes establishing a candidate database, inputting & routing requisitions, tracking candidate status, and managing job postings.
This is you….
- 5+ year of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of Digital Media (Paid Search and SEO)
- Recruiting skills including, but not limited to sourcing, qualifying, networking, job analysis, and relationship management.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Demonstrates confidence and ability to network and develop relationships
- Ability to lead and influence at all levels of management
- Ability to operate efficiently within a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Must be able to independently manage priorities & Multi-task
- Proactive and resourceful
- Technical recruiting experience preferred
- Systems – Proficient in Microsoft office software, Greenhouse experience a plus
- Hands-on Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
- Bachelor's Degree Required
