The Role in Brief:

Associate Creative Project Manager, Enroll360

As part of the Enroll360 Program Marketing department and a liaison to our creative teams, the Associate Creative Project Manager supports monitoring creative team workloads across multiple efforts. They are responsible for utilizing systems to oversee and troubleshoot workflow while assisting facilitating and next steps. Associate Creative Project Managers work closely with marketing leaders and other team members to support the success and efficiency of all campaign routings.

This role is based in Richmond, VA.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing product-level work plans for Enroll360 partner base, including coordination of project requirements, routing type and implementation of marketing direction
  • Monitor and prioritize creative team workloads using Workfront project management solution, considering project quantity, complexity and deliverable due dates
  • Attend project kickoffs and internal reviews; advocate for creative members and support next steps
  • Collaborate on review of internal and external project timelines for partner accountabilities
  • Support development of workflow process improvement via Workfront
  • Support project-related issues, changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during projects; facilitate problem resolution with appropriate parties
  • Assist with special projects and work overflow for various creative teams, delivering excellent service and on-time results

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Administration and organization skills with a proven ability to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office suite
