As an Associate Behavior Technician, you will learn to help shape the future of individuals by providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy and related services to individuals diagnosed with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You will receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) where you will enjoy creating and working in a fun, playful setting to help individuals close the gap by teaching the social, behavioral and daily living skills they need to succeed. Sessions include the reward of working closely with parents and families of assigned clients, taking important data and implementing protocols as trained by your supervisor.

A passion for ABA and enabling clients to live their ABSOLUTE best lives! You should be energetic, patient, and compassionate. You must posses a high school diploma or GED but college course work in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field is desired. It is preferred that you have at least 6 months of ABA experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and/or other related developmental disabilities. We will provide training if you lack this experience. You should be proficient using technology and be capable of using a tablet on a daily basis to track data during sessions, communicate with team members, etc.
