Job Description
ASSISTANT WINEMAKER
Duties include assisting the winemaker in all aspects of the wine production including but not limited to:
Fruit/juice reception and processing
Lab analysis
Wine and juice movement
Making additions to wine and juice
Filtration
Barrel maintenance including topping and supervising the racking and cleaning of barrels
Bottling
Sensory evaluation of wines in progress
Assist in tracking inventory of winemaking materials

Additional duties include mechanical maintenance of all winery equipment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
