We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Guide (Teacher) & Extended Day Specialist who has a passion for working with children and has the flexibility to start with a part-time schedule. We are looking for Guides to join us in our Infant, Toddler and Children's House (ages 3 to 6) classrooms.

Candidates interested in this part-time to full-time position (2:00 pm - 6:00pm, then 9:30 to 6:00) have access to benefits including sick time and access to Guidepost Montessori's tax-advantaged Flexible Spending Accounts. About You
  • Experience working with children ages newborn-6
  • 'Teacher' certification from MA Dept of Early Education and Care is required
  • Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
  • Ability to work well with other adults
  • Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
  • Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
