Assistant Supply Chain Specialist-1-Temporary

The Opportunity:

Ensures execution of QRG supply chain plans by coordinating the flow of goods and information among merchants, vendors, distribution channels, suppliers, quality, planning, and factories.

Responsible for the coordination of all aspects of the inbound supply chain operations department, from PO creation through product delivery to required destination(s).

Following guidelines from the Demand and Operations Planning function, the Supply Chain Operations Specialist will assign ship-to’s, adjusted dates and split quantities to purchases to achieve the desired allocation by DC.

Your Impact:

• The creation and adjustments of PO’s in line with the needs of the business

• Support the efficient flow of information between QRG Stakeholders including but not limited to vendors, carriers, fulfilment centers, internal merchant community, and shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Track and trace purchase orders to help guide the business on decisions

• Support and help train vendors with achieving their purchase order milestones

• Assist with vendor submission of POs in to the transportation system

• Help and create spreadsheets to support the communication of at risk purchase orders

• Assist the Supply Chain Operations team as needed

• Help address requests from the Fulfillment Centers regarding update purchase orders

• Help process systematic issues that might arise during the receipt of inventory
