Position Summary:
The Assistant Regional Manager will assist in day-to-day operations of Pensieve Foods. They will help make sure deadlines are hit and operation is going as planned. They will assist in completing and organizing daily production, maintaining inventory, opening and closing the facility, ensuring safety and policies are being followed, management of personnel, and maximizing sales while helping to make sure all orders are fulfilled. The Assisstant Regional Manager will learn learn aspects of every position to gain a wide scoop of the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- This is an active position that will help in all areas of operation.
- Assist in training and developing staff.
- Assist in providing feedback and coaching to staff.
- Assist in administrative tasks to support the facilities operations including the facilitation of production plans, submission of time reports, and compleation of daily reports.
- Assist with assessing and monitoring stock and inventory. Advise when stocks needs to be replenished.
- Assist in setting the work standard for all teammates.
- Assist in completing orders within the kitchen when short staffed.
- Assist with implementing and managing warehouse best practices including FIFO.
- Assist with covering shifts to ensure all aspects of the company can function properly.
- Assist in ensuring the facility complies with outlined safety and health policies, as well as local health guidelines and regulations.
- Work in tandem with Regional Manager to solve probelms, update safety policies, increase sales, and ensure all positions are covered throughout the week.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Specifications/Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year management/supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to fully execute a process start to finish while managing problems.
- Ability to think ahead and manage weekly workflow while dealing with day-to-day as well.
- Team oriented, reliable, punctual, detailed, and goal oriented.
- Comfortable with basic math.
- Ability to prioritize tasks while juggling multiple factors without getting side tracked.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Ability to organize workload to ensure productivity.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle problems throughout the day.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, weekends, and holidays.
Please Note - Duties will be added, deleted, or assigned as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15/hr
