Job Description

We're looking for a talented Associate Project Manager to help manage project resources, timelines and budgets. This role is essential to achieving project success. In this position, you should be able to create task management plans and effectively manage schedules, costs and personnel. Time management and communication skills are important, as you’ll be working closely with clients to give updates on progress. The Associate Project Manager will be required to create reports for stakeholders about completed projects. You also may need to verify that project milestones are achieved within the required timeframe. Since our company relies heavily on external contractors and this role requires frequent communication with outside partners, we want someone who can work well with various personalities and is a good collaborator.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete projects on time, within budget and to specified scope.
  • Provide relevant information to project stakeholders.
  • Utilize scheduling tools, like Gantt charts and timelines, to manage tasks.
  • Identify risks and issues and formulate mitigation plans.
  • Conduct daily meetings with team members and monitor/track progress.
  • Oversee delivery of quality products according to industry best practices.
  • Plan and adjust resources during project.
  • Escalate issues in a timely manner to appropriate authority chain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,662.00 - $57,609.00 per year
