Assistant Managers are responsible for providing coaching and training to the staff while delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. You assist the general Manager in running shifts, fostering teamwork, role modeling excellent behaviors ,serving high quality food and delivering great service in a clean and safe environment. Assistant Managers provide direction ,training and leadership required to ensure Wendy's standards ,policies and procedures are met every shift and the restaurant meets it's business goals. Must have reliable transportation .Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
