Job Description

Zaxbys is looking for an Night Assistant Manager in Gonzales, LA. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can inspire their team in a fast-paced environment with a fun atmosphere. Zaxbys is well known for their delicious Zalads, made with fresh cut vegetables and hot chicken. The House, The Cobb, The Blue and The Caesar are available grilled or fried.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership by keeping things FUN and encouraging enthusiasm and hard work

  • Deliver a great restaurant experience for guests at every opportunity

  • Monitor and order food, beverages and supplies as needed for effective inventory management

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be able to manage a team of cooks/cashiers.

Must be willing and able to work with a computer, office equipment and kitchen equipment.

Must have open availability for a rotating schedule

Restaurant and/or management experience required.

Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability.
