Job Description

Milk tea boba shop in Newark currently looking for a full time assistant store manager. Must have restaurant experience and flexible schedule and ability to work overtime hours and cover shifts.

Some of the duties include but not limited to are:

- Manage a team of baristas and kitchen staff

- Scheduling

- Payroll

- train new hires

- Order supplies

- Inventory check

- Manage all aspects of the store

- Customer Service

- Prep food and drinks

- Cleaning

- Interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
