Job Description

Warehouse Team Member

Shifts: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM, Friday-Sunday. Work 36 hours, get paid for 40 hours!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to piece count each part and nest molded pulp products without damage.
  • Must build square uniform pallets with the correct pallet counts and pallet tags per each unique part number.
  • Must perform visual inspections of product, removing non-conforming quality defects from entering into finished good inventory.
  • Must rotate rows of product, examining all four sides of the product to ensure high quality parts are moving to finished good inventory.
  • Must be able to build a pallet using corrugated material and molded pulp riser feet.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment stacking and palletizing product off of pulp machinery that run at different speeds.
  • Must be able to collect at least three different unique part numbers off the back of the pulp machinery in rows that meet the specifications of the pallet sheets.
  • Must have the ability to inspect all pieces and pallets for high quality.
  • Perform direct labor duties as assigned by the Working Foreman.
  • Must adhere to the EnviroPAK Safety Policy and Guidelines.

Qualifications / Skills Required:

  • High school education or equivalent.
  • Basic Mathematical skills.
  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds or less.
  • Physical stamina while working on your feet in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Be able to use simple machinery for moving materials.
  • Be able to work in a loud manufacturing environment.
