Assembly Worker $17-$20/hr

Labor Rocket is hiring assembly workers for a brand new facility in New Hudson, MI with Webasto Roof Systems.

This is a long-term full-time job opportunity with benefits and advancement after 90 days.

Labor Rocket has partnered with an automotive manufacturer in the Wixom area and is currently seeking hard-working individuals for a machine operating job. This is a long term opportunity for an individual with good attendance, attitude, and work ethic! Great opportunity for advancement into many different departments and roles.

Shifts and Pay:

A Crew 6am-6pm Monday-Thursday - $17/hr for production and $18.37/hr for HILO

B Crew 6pm-6am Tuesday-Friday - $18/hr for production and $19.37/hr for HILO

C Crew 6pm-6am (Sunday/Monday) 6am-6pm (Friday/Saturday) - $20/hr for production and $21.37/hr for HILO

Job Duties:

• Operate production line equipment/machines
• Load and unload assembly work
• Carry out visual checks to ensure high quality standards

Experience with assembly, machine operating, packaging, and quality inspection in an automotive manufacturing facility is preferred but not required.

Requirements:

• Be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
