Architectural Designer / Drafter

The right candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Team player bringing passion, and positive energy to each project.
• 0- 5 years of architectural/construction experience
• A degree in Architecture is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
• Experience in Revit software is required.

The responsibilities for the right candidate will be:

• To help with all project phases, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Field document existing structures and create as built drawings in Revit.
• Completing construction documents including but not limited to site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall sections, details, doors and window details, and roofing plans, etc.
• Make red-line changes from architect.
• Apply current building codes and typical construction processes to daily work.
• Must have the ability to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
