General Summary:

Must have Archery/Bow knowledge/experience.

As an Archery/Bow Tech & Sales Associate you will be expected to assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions. You will restock merchandise to ensure the department and merchandise displays are organized and full. You will perform general cleaning duties such as dusting and vacuuming to ensure a presentable department. You will also perform other duties as the Archery/Bow Tech & Sales Associate assigned by management. Reports directly to the Department Manager and the Assistant Managers.

Qualified candidates must be available to work at least one weekend shift per week on a regular basis.

Application Requirements:

• Archery/Bow Tech & Sales Associates must be a customer service oriented team player and have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Must have experience bowhunting
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate with customers, co-workers and other business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Knowledge of company products and services and broad knowledge of the Archery Industry.
• Must have good communication and teamwork skills.
• Must have the ability to stay current with industry product advances as an Archery/Bow Tech & Sales Associate
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Archery/Bow Tech & Sales Associates must be at least 18 years of age or older
