How You Will Contribute :
  • Daily management and support of Atlassian cloud stack including JIRA and Confluence administration
  • Meet with stakeholders to identify JIRA Project and Confluence needs and implement them as appropriate.
  • Creation and management of custom, complex projects, workflows, security schemes, custom fields, dashboards and reports configurations.
  • Install, manage and administer Jira add-ons, plugins, and extensions.
  • Performs hands-on Jira Project development
  • Troubleshoot issues, communicate with process owners, and continue to improve support processes
  • Analyze requests for new JIRA functionality, implement new features, triage incoming support requests and handle or route appropriately
  • Familiar with Agile best practices and building Jira projects to promote those best practices
  • Works closely with stakeholders organize and plan the best approach to the project and guides the business and IT in achieving the best solution including management of complex Jira projects with multiple points of integration and risks

  • Greenphire has a number of other 3rd party cloud-based applications. This role will have slowly increased responsibilities, over time, to take responsibilities of being the overall Administrator to support the integrations and use of these products. These include: NetSuite, MavenLink and other applications

For Consideration You Will Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and/or training
  • Experience as a JIRA Administrator with experience customizing JIRA projects complex workflows, screen schemes, permission schemes, and notification schemes required within a high growth business required
  • Expert level Atlassian tool administration knowledge on JIRA and Confluence. Ability to write custom JQL (Jira Query Language), a plus.
  • Expert familiarity with supporting Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence (Jira Cloud)
