We want visual storytellers who communicate through print and graphics. Designers who push the boundaries of what is possible and look past what is current to what will be in the future. You have more than just an outstanding portfolio but also a point of view that is unique and inspiring. Specialized is seeking a designer to join our Apparel Graphic Design Team! We are looking for a for a highly energetic creative with a thoughtful approach to their craft and an eye for detail.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
  • Develop innovate and inspiring concepts for apparel applications
  • Present ideation boards and graphic concepts to key partners and make revisions based on feedback
  • Collaborate with others on their ideas/Design Briefs and make them a reality
  • Partner with Product Managers and Market Leaders to deeply understand their graphic design and business needs
  • Collaborate with retailers to bring their vision for custom apparel to life
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with essential team members
  • Carefully vet and proof designs before finalizing for production
  • Continually assess and streamline your design process so you can work efficiently
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
  • An online portfolio with specific examples of high-quality apparel print design work
  • Outstanding visual storyteller and the ability to clearly articulate your design POV
  • 2-6 years of experience in on product color/graphic concepting and execution
  • Ability to interact cross-functionally in an enthusiastic and positive manner
  • Ability to hit exacting delivery dates while prioritizing multiple projects
  • An eye towards fashion and design trends
  • Ability to create commercially viable product
  • Very strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Design skills including drawing, sketching, conceptualization, color theory, texture and visual presentation
  • Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud user, with a focus on Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Display skills you'll use every day including curiosity, humility, team-focus, passion, collaboration and ownership
  • BFA in Graphic Design Preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Illustrator on mac OS
