Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively lease apartments
  • Ensure all marketing calls are returned by leasing team in a timely manner
  • Design ads and marketing programs for submission to corporate office design department
  • Develop final analysis of closing ratios of leasing team
  • Submit and review all assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner and forwards to necessary party for processing
  • Advise technicians on difficult work orders. Possesses knowledge of the property's demographics and that of the nearby competition
  • Initiate and direct the improvements for curb appeal and marketability
  • Monitor time sub-contractors spend on property
  • Find, seek and solicit vendors to bid capital projects
  • Chief liaison with the corporate office for occupancy requirements
  • Direct activity of all on site personnel
  • Make independent judgment for assessing and charging moveouts for repairs and damages
  • Develop daily, weekly, monthly marketing plan for multi million dollar property

Qualifications:

  • Must possess excellent communication, management skills, strong organizational skills and a proven sales track record
  • Solid work history of managing people and projects is required
