Responsibilities

The Analyst – Marketing and Sales role will provide analytical support to WRC’s operational management

  • Support the continuous improvement of our marketing and sales efforts by designing, tracking, and analyzing the impact of ongoing programs/campaigns and in-market experiments
  • Leverage raw data sets and reporting to derive insights to lead to better business decisions across the marketing team and drive revenue
  • Build reports that clearly convey the performance of portfolios and programs and prepare monthly internal marketing reporting packages
  • Regularly monitor and perform analysis on Marketing Sales data sets and understand KPI’s to identify business trends and implications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members on projects that range from answering simple research questions to launching new communities and programs
  • Perform deep, structured analyses to understand drivers of marketing and sales performance and generate insights for continuous improvement and new programs
  • Proactively identify trends, opportunities, patterns, anomalies, troughs/spikes, and other occurrences in data sets to support growth and prompt response to challenges
  • Participate in the establishment of pricing strategies
  • Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, annual budgets and periodic updates to projections
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support to all departments within WRC
What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with large datasets, preferably as an analyst in marketing or sales
  • Real Estate experience strongly preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of data and information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Exceptional experience in Microsoft Excel required; experience in additional data analysis and modeling platforms preferred
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
  • Comfort with learning and integrating innovative technological tools
  • Strong communication skills—you can clearly present your findings to non-technical people
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, math, statistics, data analytics, economics, or other quantitative field
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Marketing Platform preferred
  • Experience with multi-/omnichannel marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Experience working with and optimizing conversion funnels
