Job Description

The Analyst, International Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) Business Intelligence is responsible for conducting business intelligence reporting and automation across myriad operational topics related to Cole Haan stores and digital commerce including sales by geography, product performance, cross-channel consumer behaviors, omnichannel operations, cross-sell/up-selling, membership rates, and more. The role works to inform growth strategy for Digital Commerce across the globe and identifies opportunities to drive change and continuous improvement. The Analyst of Global DTC Operations is a critical role on our Analytics and Insights team, which is part of our growing and innovating Digital organization.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Demonstrates curiosity and creativity in order to build, maintain, and continuously improve Business Intelligence analysis related to Cole Haan global Digital Commerce and Retail Stores performance and operations
  • Analyzes key focus areas including merchandise productivity, item availability, order fulfillment, returns, consumer services interactions; looks for anomalies and rich insights that can create change and business growth
  • Creates sales and digital commerce behavior analysis for Cole Haan international websites and commerce experiences, including marketplaces, social media, and mobile apps, and identifies opportunities for performance improvement
  • Advises and partners with key stakeholder teams across DTC functions including merchandise buying and planning, digital commerce, retail field, marketing, operations and international
  • Builds automation as needed and maintains hygiene of BI environment
  • Partners with Information Technology team to drive effective data engineering and BI platform improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2+ years experience in operations management, business intelligence and/or advanced analytics, or related fields
  • Experience working in R, Python, SQL and data visualization platforms (including Tableau) is preferred
  • Exceptional relationship management experience
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and have a hands-on approach
  • Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Able to function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
  • Must demonstrate a solid understanding of fashion trends and provide input to design relative to Wholesale channel needs while also maintaining focus on the financial targets of the Cole Haan wholesale and retail financial targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral; ability to communicate analytical conclusions with leadership effectively

This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
