Position Summary.

This role on the Walmart Financial Services Team has responsibility for supporting the business through implementing growth initiatives and improving current processes and product offerings.

Here are some of the things you'll be responsible for:

  • Identifying opportunities to make it easier for store associates to serve customers efficiently at the Money Services Center or Customer Service Desk
  • Evaluating process and procedures
  • Maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Analyzing and reporting overall results and implementing solutions for any negative trends
  • Communicating with operations and product teams about various projects
  • Implementing processes and updating training material
  • Working with vendors to implement, monitor and analyze projects

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Computer Science, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, retail, project management, or related area.
