Bilingual Inside Sales/Front Office/Customer Service

Responsibilities

FRONT OFFICE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Be a friendly face for ALLO by educating walk-in potential customers on the benefits of fiber optics and demonstrating the features of our services. Also provide exceptional customer service to existing customers in payments, bill inquiries, service issues, handling equipment returns and completing general office duties as assigned. Being resourceful and reaching out to other departments and teams keeps us all exceptional.

INSIDE SALES JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Talk with potential customers on the benefits of fiber optics through inbound and outbound sales calls. Match our services and products to the customers’ needs by displaying excellent listening skills. Submit sales through ALLO’s website and schedule installations. Document, track and follow up on leads through LeadAgent.

Candidate must be bilingual.

CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer service is what we’re passionate about. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our customer service system (NISC) and help where needed. Whether that’s with inbound calls, building service orders, calling customers for installations, etc. Being able to flow with what’s needed (which changes daily) is essential.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE: 2+ years of previous customer service experience, 1+ years of sales experience desired. Spanish and English speaking abilities required.

COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional work ethic. Being a team member to 3 teams means you'll never have downtime.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Assist walk-in customers with inquiries by providing information on our products and sell services to potential customers (commission available)
  • Respond to customer’s questions and concerns regarding their service, trouble tickets, and service orders
  • Assist in pulling equipment when necessary and preparing paperwork for orders and installs
  • Interact with staff to ensure that all duties of the office are being carried out

- Help with customer service representative projects as needed by the company - Other responsibilities as needed by the company

  • Prompt response to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Fulfill duties as needed to ensure all office functions are running smoothly and efficiently
