Job Description
Overview:

Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Air Force Cyber Defense Maintenance Training and Instruction Services SME in support of the 33 Network Warfare Squadron (NWS) Air Force Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) Enabler contract.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain certification and proficiency for its employees conducting Maintenance Training IAW the Directorate of Mission Support current policy. Contractor shall ensure all training requirements comply with the local and Higher Headquarters (HHQ) instructions and regulations. Develop and document training objectives, in coordination with the COR, IAW the operational planning and direction of the 33 NWS Director of Mission Support. Contractor shall develop, document, and maintain the ACD maintenance training plan, subject to approval by the COR or Government shift lead. Contractor shall maintain all training documents in electronic form and store on maintained shared network drive location.

Provide training to 33 NWS and support personnel to further enhance their organizational, technical, and functional knowledge of computer security, weapons system maintenance, sensor deployment, Comm Focal Point responsibilities, systems integration, and project management. Provide on-the-job training (OJT) and recurring training of individuals assigned to conduct the ACD maintenance mission and technical support. Develop, coordinate and provide classroom teaching to Government personnel and other contractors assigned to conduct the ACD maintenance mission and technical support. Provide classroom teaching of Government personnel or other contractor newly assigned to conduct the 33 NWS mission and technical support.

Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI required
  • Contractor shall be trained IAW AFI 17-120 governing cyber maintenance and QA for all functions before training others. Contractor shall accomplish an eight (8) hour refresher shift every sixty (60) days with the rotating, work center technicians.

  • One of (CySA+, GICSP, or CND) OR one of (CCNA Security, GSEC, Security+CE, or SSCP) AND one of (CEH, SSCP, CHFI, CFR, or Cloud+, CAP, CASP+CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, or CCISO)
