Skills:
Demonstrated ability to acts as Scrum Master and influence policy for up to 3 teams and/or newly formed teams with additional complexity and ambiguity • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles and application of it at scale • Ability to flex approach based on the needs of the team/organization • Uses empathy; understand team dynamics and organizational boundaries / constraints • Ability to use and analyze data/organizational metrics to identify trends, demonstrate progress and identify opportunities for the team • Ability to use facilitation skills to help unlock self-organization, autonomy and creativity in the team • Ability to lead Design Thinking / Strategy Sessions • Solid and proven understanding of various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban & XP • Working knowledge of collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Share Point • Estimation and Planning skills to ensure the team has a healthy backlog
