The Aftermarket Operations Manager leverages their excellent communication skills and expertise working with internal and external teams to develop performance recovery plans and customer inquiries. The Manager supports the execution of the Power & Controls Financial Plan. The Manager leads supply and demand, planning and execution functions. The Manager delivers improvements and enhancements to processes, systems and performance. The Manager has significant development opportunities and flexibility in a hybrid work structure.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to strategies for materials planning, fulfillment, short and long-term market trends and demand.

  • Standardize processes within materials planning and Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) to optimize business resources, customer expectations for delivery.

  • Provide guidance establishing clear and robust metrics to measure progress through process improvements for SIOP

  • Analyze identified demand streams and establish data relationship linkages.

  • Collaborate with product development, sales and marketing teams to develop demand forecasts.

  • Collaborate on monthly production volume planning using the business forecast, inventory position, customer orders and defined capacity parameters.

  • Support new technologies to improve materials planning and SIOP capability, sustainability and reliability.

  • Create and execute plans for every part, maintain master data for purchased parts, sub-assemblies, end items and other parts .

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR

  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR

  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required

  • Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident “Green Card” holder

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SAP Materials Management Functions

  • Experience engaging with and supporting customer facing discussions
