Job Description

Working together with the Manager of SFE, the Adoption Analyst I will be responsible for creating content in support of training field personnel Operations Marketing Sales management and other stakeholders on consistent measurable and effective use of our SFE platform. In addition, this resource will deliver defined reports to Sales management and other stakeholders to ensure visibility to the effective utilization of sales enablement tools as well as execution of Sales management processes and best practices. The Adoption Analyst I will examine the trends in the data and data quality and explore the root cause of issues by engaging directly with the field to understand challenges and needed capabilities. This position will outline refine and communicate any new processes needed to the SFE Applications team for consideration in order to drive adoption and efficiencies. This gathered information will be critical to the Manager of SFE in order to effectively represent the Voice of Sales and will be consolidated as input for development and continuous platform improvement. Adoption Analyst I will also support and deliver all content required for communications plan to drive branding and adoption of the SFE platform.

Job Duties
  • Develop Training Content as directed. Following the adult-learning principles leveraged by our Sales Training team, develop training content specific to roles on the Sales teams supporting consistent use of our sales management tools and SFE platform. Review content with various stakeholders including Sales management and Sales Training to ensure content is robust and effective.


  • Train the Trainer - Work with the Manager of SFE to develop various Train the Trainersessions to ensure our Field Sales Trainer resources are competent at relevant SFE processes and tools.


  • Support various Sales meetings for training and best practices.


  • Sales Management Reporting. With the Data Analytics team, ensure reports are delivered to Sales Management that provide visibility to effective use of tools and processes.


  • UsageAnalysis / Data Quality. Analyze usage data to identify trends and areas of improvement. Identify and communicate trends to the Manager of SFE Perform root cause analysis to understand key trends / issues. Identify data to be cleansed to ensure the tools remain current and deliver value.


  • Document Voice of Sales (VoS) Input. Document relevant input gathered from the field to enable the VoS to effectively communicate the information to all resources supporting the field. Provide key VoS needs to appropriate departments and track the action taken by their owners to ensure responses and closure are received by the field.


  • Ensure new platform brand and key functions (What's In it For Me) are well communicated to the Olympus stakeholders.


  • Other Responsibilities Performs all other related duties as assigned. Perform Ad Hoc Projects as needed/assigned.
Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent experience in Sales Operations Training or Business Analyst role.


  • Must be able to travel (Minimum of 10%) Ability to work flexible hours.


  • Telephone and written etiquette required.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Experience in Sales Operations / training / support environment, prior Sales experience preferred.


  • Experience with processes process development optimization training or analysis preferred.


  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on data analysis utilizing Microsoft Access / Excel.


  • Moinimum of 1 year of experience with SAP or other ERP system CRM or other sales support systems preferred.


  • Ability to understand business needs typical user behavior and system capabilities and combine that knowledge to develop efficient and effective training and documentation.


  • Proven ability to train users of a system; Knowledge of adult learning principles a plus.


  • Proven ability to document processes and workflow. Must exhibit tact and diplomacy.


  • Must be a team player have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with others.


  • Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non- technical team members.


  • Ability to be an evangelist for new processes and technology to our users and be a champion of best practices automation needs compliance Sales principles and efficiencies.


  • Flexibility and adaptability are essential must possess exceptional organizational skills.


  • Must be able to work independently multitask and prioritize workload in order to meet demanding deadlines.
