Admissions Intake Coordinator

Assesses and coordinates admissions to the facility from all referral sources. Verifies all insurances and obtains prior approval, completes referral forms as needed, identifies contacts for continuing care/discharge planning and provides all necessary information to Social Services and the Business Office

Short term and long term care admissions experience preferred

Part time week end position

$2,000 sign on bonus for RN/LPN applicants

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
• Computer skills: 1 year (Preferred)
