Job Description

MRC Cornerstone, a part of Methodist Retirement Communities, seeks an Administrator to oversee licensed areas in Texarkana’s premier senior living community. This is a unique opportunity and organization with so many positive attributes including:

  • With a modest 40-bed skilled nursing unit, 15 assisted living and 36 memory care suites, this role offers a work-life balance and opportunity to develop relationships with residents and their supporting family members.
  • Skilled nursing is currently 5-Star rated and consistently receives good survey results.

The successful Administrator will have a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining strong working relationships, as well as a track record for good outcomes in four key areas: resident satisfaction, an engaged staff, favorable financial results, and with the help of others, top notch clinical care. Must have a valid Texas Nursing Facility Administrator License.
