Job Overview

Recently, we launched a private label men’s haircare brand in the US. We’ve rapidly grown sales in the United States – so much so that we are on track to launch two additional brands next year!

This is a diverse, multi-faceted role that requires the candidate to wear multiple hats. The candidate will be required to work across a variety of roles. The candidate will also liaise with manufacturers and agencies.

Job Summary

As an Associate Product Manager on our product management team, you will lead the development of products that solve business and user problems by collaborating with others.

  • Define and manage product requirements for developers that provide the best solution for business needs and market requirements.
  • Work with Business stakeholders.
  • Serve as agile/scrum product owner. Attend daily stand-ups, provide guidance, and resolve impediments. Reduce scope when effort exceeds value.
  • Build a strong partnership with developers and quality assurance. Collaborate to find efficient ways to satisfy business and user needs.
  • Prioritize work and that of the development team based on relative importance to the business.
  • Train newer members of the company
  • Assist Director/ Team with Building Roadmap.

Responsibilities

· Assisting a project manager in following and completing tasks

· Research, Analyze, Report on product development trends in the US D2C marketplace

· Monitor, Manage, Maintain product inventory for US marketplace

· Communicate with business connections and manufacturer

· Communicate with customer support and report the resolved/unresolved issues.

· Other responsibilities as assigned all the time

Qualifications

· U.S. Citizen or Permanent resident

· Strong communication and negotiation skills

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite for Business

· Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills

· Proven track record working in fast-paced environments

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
